  • Standard Shipping: £12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50 via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch)

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days before dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. Please note we do not currently ship to some Asian regions and remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We accept returns of most unused items in their original condition within 15 days of delivery. Please review our policy carefully before initiating a return.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the specialist nature of these products, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened paint cans (including Marble Matt Emulsion and other finishes)
  • Used brushes and rollers
  • Opened adhesives (CA Glue, Epoxy, and other bonding products)
  • Colour cards & fan decks showing signs of use
