Our Return Policy
You may return most unused items in their original condition within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please note:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Items must be in resalable condition with original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of these specialty products, the following cannot be returned:
- Opened paint cans (including Marble Matt Emulsion and other finishes)
- Used brushes and rollers
- Opened adhesives (CA Glue, Epoxy, and other bonding products)
- Colour cards & fan decks that show signs of use
